The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico is a family-friendly resort that is undergoing renovations.  Those include interior design as well as code compliance and retrofitting.  ERBa is performing the role of Project Architect/Architect of Record, while HBA Miami and EOA Group are in charge of the Interior Design.

Along with the other firms, we have been able to work towards excellence and the successful rehabilitation of a myriad of spaces as bungalows, lobby,  restrooms, villas, and vacation clubs along with the marketplace, spa & fitness, and top golf.

 

ERBa is also in charge of the Permit Procurements Phase.
